Mayor and City Council Highlight the Start of Shop Trenton Saturdays

Numerous Events Celebrating Local Businesses To Be Held in the Capital City on Saturday, April 1st

Trenton N.J. – The City of Trenton is highlighting numerous events supporting local businesses taking place on Saturday, April 1, 2023, beginning at 10 a.m., which are being hosted by the City’s Division of Economic Development and the Department of Recreation, Natural Resources, and Culture.

Mayor Reed Gusciora stated, “Our local businesses are so critical: They create jobs, they provide amazing goods and services, and they are so culturally rich. Shop Trenton Saturdays highlight culture in Trenton. I encourage those within and outside of Trenton to come downtown for a great day of food, music, and art.”

The following events give a taste of the events scheduled for the first Shop Trenton Saturday:

  • The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, highlighting more than 450 arts and small businesses, will take place at Cure Arena, located at 81 Hamilton Ave, at 10 a.m.
