NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Trenton has a need to hold an online
Municipal Surplus Auction through New Jersey State Contract #83453 T-2581 GOVDEAL, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Blvd., Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117 www.govdeals.com for vehicles, equipment, electrical supplies and other related materials no longer needed for public purpose. The list of vehicles, equipment, electrical supplies and other related materials shall be sold on an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties with the successful bidder required to execute a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement concerning use of said surplus. All bidders must pre-register with GovDeals.com. The sale is being conducted pursuant to Local Finance Notice 2008-9. GOVDEAL, Inc., shall advertise from Friday, March 20, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020 or until all items have been sold at www.govdeals.com.
Vehicles, equipment, electrical supplies and other related materials will be sold on an “as is” condition with no warranties or guarantees. All sales will be final. There will be NO REFUNDS. All bidder(s) must have total payment (payable by wire transfer, certified bank check or money order) to www.govdeals.com. The successful bidder(s) must remove the vehicles/equipment from the required locations at their own expense within five (5) consecutive calendar days of the sale date. If vehicles are not picked up within the five (5) calendar days, all sales and deposits will be forfeited.
