Public Auction of City Owned Properties
Trenton, NJ – Mayor Reed Gusciora and the Department of Housing and Economic Development are excited to announce the Public Auction of City Owned Properties.
“This property auction is truly a win-win for everyone. It has led to both economic and social success for the City and entrepreneurs who have sought ventures locally. The preliminary results have already amounted to almost $700,000.” Said Mayor Gusciora
All the properties being sold are sold “as is/where is.” The City will not determine bidder qualifications, nor provide financing for a purchase. All interested bidders must pre-register for the auction via www.eventbrite.com by 11:30 p.m. on the day prior to the auction.

The event will take place on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 10:00am. The auction will be held in the Council Chambers of Trenton City Hall, on the 2nd floor. City Hall is located on 319 East State St, Trenton, NJ, 08608.
