The Citizens’ Health And Neighborhood Growth Engagement (CHANGE) Committee conducts monthly meetings, reviews city policies, investigates best practices, and issues public safety advisory reports every six months. The reports are distributed to City Hall administrators, the Mayor, members of City Council, and other agencies like the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office and Trenton Public Schools to inform their decisions regarding the health, safety, and wellbeing of Trenton's citizens. The committee was established on May 16, 2022 by Mayor W. Reed Gusciora via executive order.
